A non-refundable application fee of £300 (incl. VAT) will be required upon completion of the application form for tenancy. This will include all costs towards drawing up the Tenancy Application and taking up references.
There will be an additional £90 (incl. VAT) for each extra applicant/guarantor, where relevant
The cost to the tenant for an extension of the tenancy under a further fixed term contract is £114 (inclusive of VAT).
The Check out fee to be paid by the tenant (and deducted from the security deposit at the end of tenancy) is £114 (inclusive of VAT).
